Our application is easy and simple, with five sections including:

2. Applicant History
3. Institution Information
4. Academic Information
5. Certification and Release Form

We highly recommend you fill out our online application. 
Applying online will allow us to be more efficient in noting documents as they are sent in and make it easier for you to track your documents.

You can download the application and fill out the hard copy application as of January 1st.

Hard copy applications will be available at our office, L&F Distributors locations, at matching schools financial aid offices, and high school Go Centers in mid-January

We accept the following files under 2MB size: PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF*
*Do not send links to download the document, we will not open them.
If you do not have the means to scan the document, it is also acceptable for you to take a picture of the document and send us the image.
